£25 per simple and short query. This only covers a single electronic response. If you need further assistance then a further fees of £20 would apply per further query

If your query needs very detailed advice then our full hourly rates will be applicable and we can give you a breakdown of the time that we will be spending on your query. In such cases we will be contacting you with full details of the individual fees that would apply to your query.
